How long does delivery actually take?
It depends on the product and on where it's going. Choose your country on any product page and it shows that product's own time there: the days our supplier takes to pack your order, then the days it spends on the way, and which warehouse it ships from. Your cart and checkout add those up into an arrival date for your country. You get a tracking number by email the moment your package is scanned, and a live map of the delivery address on your confirmation page.
How fast will you reply if something goes wrong?
Within 4 hours, every day, between 9am and 9pm EET. That is a promise, not an average. Email [email protected] and a person — not a bot — reads it. If we ever miss the 4-hour mark, tell us and we refund your shipping on that order.
What if it does not fit my phone, desk or hose?
Every product page lists the exact ports, thread size or magnet type so you can check before you buy. If you are unsure, email us the model you own and we will tell you honestly whether it fits. If it still doesn't, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused (trying it for fit is fine) and in its box: see the return policy below.
What's your return policy?
There are two kinds of return. If it arrives damaged, faulty, wrong or with a part missing, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery and we send a free replacement or refund you in full, with nothing to send back. If you change your mind, send it back within 30 days of delivery, unused and in its box: email us first and we'll tell you where to send it. The return postage is yours, and we refund what you paid as soon as it arrives.
Is the shipping really free?
Free on orders over $35 to every country we deliver to (checkout lists them), with no weight rules or surprise handling fees at the door. Under $35 it is $4.90 to the US, and up to $2 more to countries that cost more to reach; your cart shows it for your country. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay — import duties for US, UK and EU orders are already covered.
What is Complete the four?
Put something from each of the four places — desk, car, kitchen and bag — in one order and $10 comes off the total. It comes off by itself at checkout, with no code to type, and it is once per order however many of each you buy. A full set always ships free too.
Why only four places?
Because the four places these things live — your desk, your car, your kitchen, your bag — are all short on space. We only stock a product if it earns its place in one of them. That is the whole filter, and it is why the catalog is sixteen products instead of eight hundred.
